Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account: name, email, profile photo, role, and sign-in events (time, IP address, browser).
- Business: organizations, briefs, orders, videos you upload, comments, and messages.
- Payments: Stripe handles brand card details for charges on approved videos. We store only Stripe identifiers, card brand and last four digits, and amounts.
- Client reviewers: the name a reviewer types on a review link and their decision.
How we use it
- To run the service: matching creators to briefs, orders, billing for approved videos, notifications.
- To keep the service secure: fraud prevention, rate limiting, audit logs.
- To meet legal obligations such as tax and financial record keeping.
We do not sell personal information and do not use your videos to train models.
Who we share it with
The other party to your order, and the service providers listed on Subprocessors. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is open. Deleting your account removes your name, photo, and samples right away.
- Order and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
- Security audit logs: at least 1 year.
- Client review links: removed 30 days after they expire.
Your choices and rights
- Access and portability: download everything from Settings, Your data, Export.
- Deletion: Settings, Your data, Delete account.
- Correction: edit your profile, or email us.
- Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have more rights. Email us to use them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role and database row-level security, and sensitive actions are audit logged. Report a vulnerability to security@adarmy.net.
