Terms of Service
1. What Ad Army is
Ad Army is a creative agency. Brands and agencies ("buyers") order edited short-form videos from Ad Army at a flat per-video list price. The videos are made by creators that Ad Army engages, and Ad Army runs the platform used to brief, review, approve, and deliver them.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you can bind it.
- Keep your sign-in email secure. Turn on two-step verification in Settings. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information and keep it current.
3. Orders and payment
- Placing an order charges nothing. Buyers keep a card on file, and each video is charged at Ad Army's list price for its format when the buyer approves it. Videos that are not approved are not charged.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. There are no separate platform fees.
- Each order includes the number of revisions shown when it was placed. Disputes go to support@adarmy.net and are resolved under our refund policy.
4. Creators
- Creators are engaged and paid by Ad Army under separate terms. They are independent contractors, not employees of Ad Army or of buyers, and buyers do not pay creators directly.
- Creators confirm they own or have cleared everything in their videos (music, footage, people who appear) for the full content rights each video carries.
5. Content rights
When a video is approved and charged, the buyer (and, for agencies, the client brand named on the order) receives full content rights: a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and run the video in any media, placement, or channel, including paid ads and whitelisting, with no renewal fees. The creator keeps copyright. Limits on misleading endorsements, unlawful use, and standalone resale or AI training are set out in Content rights.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- No taking orders or payments off the platform for work found through Ad Army.
- No probing, scraping, or disrupting the service, and no sharing review links with people who should not see the work.
7. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account any time from Settings once open orders are finished. Records we must keep for legal or tax reasons are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Ad Army's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid Ad Army in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
When we change these terms materially we update the version above and ask you to accept the new version.
