Pricing and total cost

On Collabstr each creator sets their own package prices, and its help center says a 10% fee is added at checkout for brands, which a monthly plan can reduce. Because every creator prices differently, there is no published figure for ten 30 second videos; your total is the sum of the packages you choose plus the fee. Collabstr says there is no results-based or ad spend fee, and signing up as a brand is free.

Ad Army publishes one price list: $125 for a 15 second edit, $175 for 30 seconds and $260 for 60 seconds plus raw footage, billed only for videos you approve. Ten 30 second edits cost $1,750 with no fee on top, no subscription and 0% of your sales or ad spend. Who picks the creators

This is the biggest difference. Collabstr is self-serve: you search its creators or post a campaign and pick from the creators who apply, then you manage the order, the brief and the review. Its help center says creators are verified.

Ad Army casts from its own vetted roster and manages the creators for you. Creators stay anonymous to you, and you never message them directly; you review each video and request changes in one place.

Rights, revisions and reporting

Collabstr says usage rights are not always included automatically. Some creator packages include them; otherwise you request them at checkout and they apply once the creator accepts. It does not publish a standard duration, so read each package. Ad Army includes full content rights on every approved video, for any placement, with no expiry.

On revisions, Collabstr allows changes within the original order requirements, and you have 72 hours to review a submission before it is approved automatically. Ad Army keeps revising until you approve. For results, Collabstr tracks posted content on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for 30 days, with views, likes, comments and CPM. Ad Army gives each approved video a tracking code with last-click attribution, hook rate, hold rate and ROAS, and offers Spark Ads or whitelisting for $50 per video when the creator agrees. Collabstr's help center does not describe whitelisting.
