What full rights means
One license. Every use you can think of.
Use it anywhere, forever: organic posts, paid ads, whitelisting, any placement or channel. No expiry, no renewals. It comes with every approved video at no extra cost.
Any channel
Organic social, paid social, your website, email, connected TV, and retail media. One license covers all of it.
Any placement
Feeds, stories, in-stream, Spark Ads, whitelisted from the creator's handle, or run from your own.
Worldwide
No territory limits. Run the same video in every market you sell in.
Perpetual
No 30 or 90 day windows and no expiry date. A video that keeps converting can keep running.
Edits and cut-downs
Trim it, resize it, re-caption it, or cut new hooks from it. Your edits are covered too.

Licensing, simplified
The old way vs Ad Army
Creator content used to come with a license to manage. Now it comes with rights you never have to think about again.
- The old way: Organic, paid, and whitelisting priced as separate tiers
- With Ad Army: One price per video, every use included
- The old way: 30 or 90 day licenses that run out mid-campaign
- With Ad Army: Perpetual. No expiry date
- The old way: Renewal invoices to keep a winning ad live
- With Ad Army: Nothing to renew, ever
- The old way: Extra fees to run ads from the creator's handle
- With Ad Army: Whitelisting and Spark Ads included
- The old way: Rights limited to certain countries or markets
- With Ad Army: Worldwide
- The old way: A spreadsheet of which file is licensed where, until when
- With Ad Army: Nothing to track. Every file in your library is cleared
Fair use limits
A few common-sense limits
Full rights cover how you use the video. These limits protect the people in it. That is the whole list, in plain English.
- 1
No implied personal endorsement
Run the content as made. Do not present the creator as personally endorsing something beyond what they said and showed in the video.
- 2
No unlawful or defamatory use
Do not use the video, or the creator in it, in anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or hateful.
- 3
No standalone resale or AI training
Do not sell or license the footage on its own, and do not use the creator's face, voice, or likeness to train AI models or make synthetic versions of them.
- 4
Follow ad disclosure rules
When you run it as an ad or whitelist it, follow the platform's paid partnership and disclosure rules, and local advertising law.
This summary is for convenience. The content rights license is the binding version.
Rights FAQ
Questions about content rights
Do full rights cost extra?
No. Full content rights are included in the flat per-video price on every format. There are no usage tiers to choose and nothing to add at checkout.
When do the rights start?
When you approve a video. Approving bills that video to your card on file, and the rights to it are yours from then on.
Can I run the video as a Spark Ad or whitelist it?
Yes. Whitelisting and Spark Ads are covered. Follow the platform's paid partnership and disclosure rules when you run them.
Do the rights ever expire?
No. The rights are perpetual and worldwide. There is no 30 or 90 day window and no renewal invoice.
Can my agency's clients use the videos?
Yes. When you order for a client, the rights extend to the brand the video was made for.
Can I edit the video?
Yes. Trim it, resize it, re-caption it, or cut new hooks from it. Edits and cut-downs are covered by the same rights.
